Celebrare la stagione - Sfumature bianche
Come si crea:
  • Assemblare il dolce nello stampo (ad esempio quello a forma di semisfera, che ricorda un igloo) e congelare.
  • Preparare un composto bianco per pistola spray utilizzando cioccolato bianco, burro di cacao e Power FlowersTM bianco.
  • Creare uno strato sottile di cioccolato bianco e ritagliare forme geometriche che fungeranno da base per l’igloo. Passare in freezer per circa 15 minuti.
  • Montare gli igloo congelati sulla base geometrica e riporre immediatamente in freezer.
  • Prima di servire/vendere: spruzzare il composto di cioccolato bianco/burro di cacao sugli igloo gelati.
  • Cospargere con Marzipan Crunch argento e decorare con la decorazione Falling Star rossa.
