How to create
  • After assembling round mousse cakes print the Scribble or Dizzy Daisy Transfer Sheet into the top and sides of the cakes separately. You can create any shape or size mousse cakes when printing with transfer sheets.
  • Once the transfer sheet has been successfully printed, cover with a clear glaze to conceal the mousse cakes.
  • Top the cakes of your choice with a small half-sphere and contrasting glazing, coloured with Power Flowers™.
  • Nicely arrange Marzipan Flowers to finish them off.
